Massage Session
Equine massage is a gentle and effective way to improve your horse's overall health and well-being. It can help to reduce pain and inflammation, improve circulation, and increase range of motion. Massage can also help to improve your horse's mental and emotional state, making them more relaxed and responsive.
There are many different benefits of equine massage, including:
-
Reduced pain and inflammation: Massage can help to reduce pain and inflammation by increasing blood flow to the affected area. This helps to flush out toxins and bring in fresh nutrients and oxygen.
-
Improved circulation: Massage can help to improve circulation by stimulating the lymphatic system and breaking up scar tissue. This can help to reduce swelling and improve the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the tissues.
-
Increased range of motion: Massage can help to increase range of motion by gently stretching the muscles and tissues. This can help to improve the horse's flexibility and performance.
-
Improved mental and emotional state: Massage can help to improve your horse's mental and emotional state by reducing stress and anxiety. This can make them more relaxed and responsive.

Kinesiology Tape
Equine kinesiology tape is a non-invasive and drug-free treatment that can be used to help horses recover from injuries, improve performance, and maintain overall health. The tape is applied to the horse's body in specific patterns to help improve circulation, reduce pain, and support muscles and joints.

Kinesiology tape works by lifting the skin, which creates space for blood and lymph to flow more freely. This helps to reduce inflammation and pain, and promote healing. The tape also helps to stimulate nerve endings, which can block pain signals from reaching the brain. This can provide temporary relief from pain and discomfort.

In addition to reducing pain and inflammation, kinesiology tape can also help to improve range of motion, support muscles and joints, and prevent injuries. It is a safe and effective treatment that can be used on horses of all ages and breeds.
